Simply a fact - George Marshall, is the most successful residential builder and developer in Oregon. Over the past 40 years his company has built over 7,500 various kinds of homes and major developments.  He began his career in residential sales in SW Portland and moved to his first big project in 1960.  After selling 1,250 homes in five years, he formed his own company and continued developing new home communities: Summerfield, King City, Charbonneau, The Highlands at Gearhart, Claremont, Forest Heights, The Capes, and today: The Cottages At Wood Hollow.  Despite his profound sucess, he can often be found watering the lawns or puttering around the sales office wearing a plasitc name tag that reads "George Marshall - Sales."

While specializing in working with builders and buyers in the home design and construction process, Shauna realized a passion for the Pacific Northwest’s “green” movement and particularly “green” building. Today, builders, buyers and sellers come to Shauna not only for her service, but also for her insight. Builders trust Shauna to aid them in crafting livable floorplans with design and decorative features to enhance a home's value. Buyers rely on her capacity to evaluate a home and neighborhood with a particular set of objectives in mind. Seller’s draw on her marketing degree, industry experience, and keen negotiating skills to gain the most exposure and capture top dollar for their home.
 
 
Lisa Y. Tsukamoto, Operations Manager
 
After graduating with doubled honors with a BA from the University of Hawaii Manoa, Lisa moved to San Francisco to pursue her MBA while working full-time as an Office Manager for an executive recruiting firm. She was recruited by Electronic Data Systems as a Business Analyst in the health care industry in 1989, and later worked as a Business Analyst for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Hawaii in 1991.
 
Lisa has been in real estate since 1993. She began her career as a Real Estate Appraiser, and started her own firm, Bay Area Appraisals, specializing in residential appraisals in four counties in the San Francisco Bay Area. After relocating to West Linn with her husband Steven, and young son Jarod in 2001, Lisa expanded her expertise. She coordinated listings and closings for a top broker, specialized in marketing new residential construction projects and oversaw the marketing, publicity and promotions for commercial properties.
 
These skills transferred to a position as Marketing Manager and Staging Coordinator for Showhomes Portland, a luxury staging company specializing in marketing, maintaining and staging high-end homes. Lisa joined Shauna White as the Operations Manager for Team Green Portland in 2010. Lisa's sharp eye and attention to details keeps the office running efficiently.
